Sadak is the Manager and Partnerships Lead at Kakuma Eco-Bag, where he guides strategic growth, builds strong collaborations, and drives the company’s mission to create meaningful opportunities for young people in Turkana. As an educator with the Global Secondary Diploma Programme and a Learning Facilitator with The Resilience Project, Sadak has dedicated his career to empowering youth through skills, leadership, and transformative learning.

He has worked with numerous international and local organizations across Kakuma and beyond, giving him deep insight into community needs and the partnerships required to create lasting change. Passionate about opening doors for young people, Sadak’s work focuses on connecting Kakuma Eco-Bag with allies, markets, and institutions that believe in the power of refugee-led innovation.
